How to join the credit union
1. Complete the application below (including signature).
2. Mail application to Community Trust Credit Union with copy of
your photo ID and a check for $26 or bring it into one of our branches. The
following are accepted forms of ID: a.) Valid Drivers License, b.)
Passport, c.) Matricula, and d.) Residency Card. (We will send you
notification once your account is opened.)
3. Once you become a member of the credit union, you are eligible
to take advantage of our products and services.
